Tsline with shading area

Hello everyone,

I am trying to produce a tsline with shading areas corresponding to recessions

Hence
tsline SENT
gives me the normal plot but I would like to add shading areas to recession periods

I have monthly data and recession periods are such that if tin(1969m12,1970m11 | 1973m11,1975m3 | 1980m1,1980m07 | 1981m1,1982m11 | 1990m7,1991m3 | 2001m3,2001m11 | 2007m12,2009m6)

But stata commands are a bit confusing Im not sure how to approach this problem I have read previous posts and I don't see what steps I should follow to adding shading areas for different periods
