You'll have a greater chance of a useful answer if you follow the FAQ on asking questions - provide Stata code in code delimiters, Stata output, and sample data using dataex.

You can do this kind of estimation with several estimators - look at xtivreg2, xtdpdml (both user-written), xtabond, etc.
