Frequency Distribution under a Graph

Hi all,

Any suggestions on how to make the attached graph in Stata? A colleague produced this in R, and although on my list of things to tackle post dissertation, it just isn't happening right now. I am able to get close using a "rugplot" but I think the height dimension added by the frequency plot adds much to the story.

You can do something very similar by creating the graphs separately and combining them. See Advanced used in page 6 of graph combine.
