Average of a variable in a panel data

Dears,
I have a panel dataset and I want to create a variables/list which will show the average overtime (e.g. investment) for a given country.

example...
I have 70 countries and 15 years in my dataset.

I want to find the average investment for each country in a year. like sum (investment for 15 years)/15---for every country.

Any suggestion would be great.
