Does anyone knows how to flip column row variables (and the codes) in Stata output tables?

In general, there is no quick and easy way to transpose rows and columns for output tables.

Sorry, I read the title of the thread and thought it was a different from the problem previously posted at http://www.statalist.org/forums/foru...-output-tables. But the reference to output tables in the body of post #1 makes it clear that this is an attempt to draw attention to a question that has already been asked, and now answered reasonably definitively in post #3.
