  • listcoef in STATA14

As a neophyte to STATA I am grinding out some basic functions and apologize for the low-level issue...but: following Long and Freese and trying to interpret effects using percentage changes in odds, I am trying to use the "listcoef" command and getting the error message "command listcoef is unrecognized." I have done all of the updates and checked foir typos. Any help?

-listcoef- is not part of official Stata. It is a user-written command and you have to install it from its source. So updates will not get it for you.

Run -findit listcoef-. Scroll down through the results of that until you find "Web resources from Stata and other users" There are four packages shown there. Of those, the last (spost_13) is the most recent one that contains it. Assuming you are running Stata version 13 or later, click on that link, and then click on the "click here to install link."

Done, and it worked. Mega-thanks, you might be my best friend of the moment, and thanks for the quick turnaround. I had forgotten about the findit step.
