Hello All,
I am planning a survey in a population of 2800 children with an expected disease prevalence of 5% and a margin of error of 1.5%. Cluster sampling will be adopted i.e. select villages as PSUs and then select children within villages with anticipated Deff of 1.25 and two-tailed alpha error probability fixed at 5%.
I am unable to locate the right sample size command for my situation (Stata version 13 on Windows 10 64 bit). power oneproportion does not seem to have any option for specifying fpc as well as cluster.
svysampsi by Ariel Linden exists and allows fpc but it does not work with cluster samples.
Any suggestions on in-built Stata routines or add-ons published with the Stata bulletin would be appreciated.
Thank You,
Vivek
