qreg2 (quantile regression) download site not working

I've downloaded and used qreg2 previously, but the download site seems not to be working anymore.
search for qreg2 in Stata leads to the following (good start)

1 package found (Stata Journal and STB listed first)

qreg2 from http://fmwww.bc.edu/RePEc/bocode/q


but when you attempt to follow the link....

connection timed out -- see help r(2) for troubleshooting
http://fmwww.bc.edu/RePEc/bocode/q/ either
1) is not a valid URL, or
2) could not be contacted, or
3) is not a Stata download site (has no stata.toc file).

(same response for ssc install qreg2)

If the Stata experts who created and posted qreg2 notice this post-- was qreg2 removed or is this a temporary issue?

Thanks for the quick response. Not working from here (Columbia University in NYC), but don't worry about it unless someone else has the same issue.

The direct links to the .ado and help file on
https://ideas.repec.org/c/boc/bocode/s457369.html also don't work from here.
Not a firewall issue, is it?

The issue is at our university, not repec.org; just confirmed that now by testing this at home.
