partial adjusment model

I will be grateful for any help. I have a problem. I need the command to estimate the partial adjustment model.

From my understanding, there is no easy way to estimate a partial adjustment model in Stata with an existing command. PAM can be estimated by OLS, therefore you should be able to model it by following the required adjustment steps.
