Dear Statalists, i would like to know if it's possibile to calculate confidence intervals of Harrel's c-index from the sintax : estat concordance (after stcox) ?

I believe you need to use Somer's D, sometimes abbreviated as Dyx or Dxy, using the package -somersd- to compute the confidence interval. Reading the help file says to use the -transf(c)- option to transform D to the probability scale of the c-statistic.
