Hello all,
I am using 'zinb' command for fitting a zero-inflated negative binomial regression. However, I have no idea how to go about residual analysis. I want to calculate Pearson, studentized, and deviance residuals, Cook's D etc. like I do for negative binomial regression (using glm option).
Are there any codes available (on internet or elsewhere) for calculating the above mentioned statistics (while using Stats's zinb command)?
Is it possible to fit a zero-inflated negative binomial regression model using glm command.
Any help is highly appreciated. Thank you.
