Betafit: interpretation of estimated coefficients

I'm using a betafit command to analyze fractional dependent variable. Can anyone explain the interpretation of coefficients estimated from this regression model?
Are the estimated coefficients directly interpretable or they show just the sign of the relationship ? Do I need dbetafit, and in this case, what is the interpretation of its outcome?

betafit is not part of stata, but rather a user written package. the forum rules show that you should state this.
