Hausman test and 'suest' option

On running a hausman fixed random test with the panel data, stata showed me this message: “chi2<0 model fitted on these data fails to meet the asymptotic assumptions of the Hausman test; see suest for a generalized test”. Then, I tried; 'suest' for which Stata said that xtreg is not supported by suest. Is there any other alternative to make hausman test work?
