Multilevel regression with spatial model

I am stumped. I have developed a spatial weight matrix in GeoDa that I would like to use in my multilevel model in Stata. However, I cannot figure out the syntax to add the spatial weight matrix to the error term in my multilevel model. Ren and colleagues (2013) did the same thing (http://link.springer.com/article/10....477-013-0707-0). I just cannot figure out the syntax.

Did you ever get an answer for this? I am in the same situation and cannot seem to find an answer about how to incorporate spatial dependencies in a cross-sectional mulitlevel model.
