Problems with Unicode Stata 14

Currently, I'm using Stata 14. I bought a computer here in South Korea, I changed the display system and the system local for non-unicode programs. I made a do file back in 2014 that all the coding was in Spanish and instead of getting a clean do file, I get the do file like the image bellow.

I need the do file without the black boxes because when I run it I get error because it doesn't recognize the variable name.

I'm experiencing the same probem in Stata 14.1 with old -.dta- files where all the variables with accent or apostrophe are replaced by a question mark:

Un p�

instead of

Un po'///meaning "a bit" in Italian

The unicode command works amazingly. I used the following;

unicode analyze 'name of the file'

To analyze the type of the file

unicode encoding set latin1

I set the enconding to latin1 because I'm using latin characters

And finally

unicode translate 'name of the file'

To translate the file, and now it has the perfect clean do file as I wanted.
