  • Ordinal Interaction

Dear all, I would like to estimate an ordinal interaction (using experimental data). Anova usually estimates a disordinal interaction.

I tried anovacontrast and anovalator, but neither of both have the function to estimate this kind of ordinal interaction. I have a 2x2 design, where I only expect that one value differs significantely from the rest, therefore a contrast would look like (3 -1 -1 -1). Which function can I used to estimate my interaction?

Thank you very much in advance for helping me!!

See documentation for 'margins' -help margins- and documentation for 'contrast' -help contrast- . Without an example of your data ( See FAQ section ) it is difficult to suggest.
