Create a new variable (combining two variables)

Hello,

I am working with a panel data and I need to create a variable which will combine both city and country names:


I have two separate variables country and city. For each country and city combination, I need to create a variable which needs display the city and country in one variable and should look like this : New York, USA. (also with variable label.)

Any thoughts on this?
