  • Survey analysis and adjusting for demographic variables

    Hello!
I´m working with data from a cross-sectional survey.
I´m interested in performing Poisson regression and I would like to adjust my analysis to several demongraphic varibales such as age, sex and occupation. Since it´s a survey, I have been using wheights in all of my analysis. However, I am going to adjust for several demographic and I was wondering if using weights and adjustment in the same analysis is correct? Won´t it be overadjustment?
    Thank you
