  • multiple imputation, summary statistics, variance

    Dear all,

I have a couple of questions for my analysis:
    * how can I produce the standard deviation for the summary statistics of a multiply imputed survey dataset?
    * how can I estimate the variance (the within imputation sampling variance and the between imputations variance) for this (multiple imputed) dataset with m=5?

Your help will be greatly appreciated.

you may want to tke a look at -mi estimate- entry, Example 1: Completed data logistic analysis in Stata .pdf manual.
