  • How to calculate absolute reduction and relative reduction in stata

    Hello Anyone,
I'm relatively new in stata, I have a dataset for baseline and midterm infections of a certain helminthiases infection; I wanted to calculate absolute and relative reductions in prevalence and intensity of infection using stata, am using binomial and negative binomial regression resp. Please how can I go about it?

    Regards,
    Collins

Statalist doesn't work, usually, if the expectation is that you need only mention a topic that interests you and then someone will write for you a personal tutorial telling you at length what you need to know when using Stata. Statalist works best with sharp, specific questions that someone familiar with the topic can answer in a few seconds, or a few minutes at most. I don't work in your field, but I am confident that you should say more about your dataset structure, variable names, etc. and then ask for what to you is the next step. Do read http://www.statalist.org/forums/help for more advice and look around at what gets answered and what does not.
