I'm using Stata 13.1. I have a balanced panel of 45 countries and 9 years (data is below).- tsset- (and -xtset-) return what seems to be the correct panel structure
Yet, the code
returns an error

I have searched everywhere for what "panel changes" may refer to and could only find an unanswered post with similar problem from 2012 http://www.stata.com/statalist/archi.../msg00414.html
I will appreciate any advice how on this matter.
