Manually hold a coefficient constant in regression estimation

Hi all,

Is it possible to manually fix the coefficient for a single variable in a regression while estimating the rest?

Specifically, I'm trying to run a Poisson regression where I want to have an exposure term, but the command I'm using (XTPQML) does not allow the "exposure" or "offset" option so I'm wondering if there is a manual work-around.
