Importing R data formats (RData, Rda, Rds) into STATA

I am looking to import R data formats: RData, Rda, Rds into STATA13.
Is there a routine to be able to import/insheet these data formats?

R supports exporting to Stata. See the foreign package for R.
If it doesn't produce desired results, please explain your case (in the general forum, as advised).
