Feature request: Macros window

I would like a Macros window – a cousin to the Variables and Properties windows, and probably appearing by default in the same location. It would show [essentially] the output of -macros list-, with disclosure widgets for each macro type: r/e/s/c-values, other globals, and other locals. It might have the capability to edit (i.e. reassign) macros.
