Timing of Events Model

I would like to see if someone has coded a timing-of-events model in Stata. The technique was developed in "The Nonparameteric Identification of Treatment Effects" by Abbring and Van den berg (2003): http://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/1...00456/abstract.
