Update Error: StataSE-64.bin not found

Hello,

I am trying to update Stata 12 (sgl user, perpetual, SE) and getting error like "file http://www.stata.com/updates7/win64a_se/StataSE-64.bin not found".
I have never run update till today, so the latest update is for 08 Aug 2011. Im on WIn 8.1 Pro, and using Symantech Endpoint protection as an antivirus.

Can anyone assist me to fix this problem?

Now update query says that "Do nothing; all files are up to date."
