Constant Control Variables

Hi!

I have a Panel dataset for specific regions in France between 1999-2013. Two of my control variables(Unemployment Rate & Minimum Wage Rate) are repeated for every region/time-span and are identical for every region.

My question is if there is a way to inform Stata about this, since I assume that I can't simply just repeat the numbers for every region.

Basically ,my problem is that my control variables (RealMinWage and AdultUnemployment) are repeated, since its the same across regions. Hence, i'm afraid of serial correlation.

How if possible, can I adjust this in Stata, so that my regression runs smoothly
