Question of sample size of treatment group

Thanks for your attention.

I am conducting PSM, and found out that I have 27969 observations in control group but only 878 in treatment. For the result, it shows no off-support for common support part. I am totally confused. Should I use any specific matching method for PSM or just try to use other method?
