-khb- with option -disentangle- and multiple imputation

Thanks to Kit Baum, a new version of -khb- is now available on SSC. The new version has a new option, -postdisentangle-, that pushes the results of the option -disentangle- into the coefficient-vector e(b) and the covariance-matrix e(V). The code was added to allow access to disentangle-table in multiple imputation contexts, but it might also be useful in other contexts.
