is there anyone among you who has developed a code for the calculation of the AROPE (at risk of poverty or social exclusion) rate based on the EU-SILC survey data? In particular, I need to calculate the AROPE rate according to both old (until 2021) and new (as of 2021) definition of the low-work-intensity part of the AROPE concept.
