Warning regarding ccleaner

I wanted to write regarding an issue I encountered with my copy of Stata 17 tonight.
Yesterday I was trying to free up some space on my computer and I ran the delete duplicate protocol in CCleaner. For whatever reason this seems to have deleted a bunch of my ado files. I figured out that the way to fix this is to open Stata and type <update all, force>.
