I'm looking for a way of calculating the individual prediction interval after running a non linear model with random effects using menl.
After menl, i use predict nl, with the expression and the option ci, to obtain the fixed portion of prediction with CI, but i obtain mean prediction interval, not individual prediction interval (the same as margins at x=..).
How can i calculate the inidvidual prediction interval?
