  • Problem with double bound contingent valuation with spike data analysis

Hello. I am conducting a study on willingness to pay (WTP) for renewable electricity. The traditional DBCV, which usually use the doubleb command, does not differentiate genuine zeros with protest zeros. Thus, my WTP results came out negative with a high std error and low pseudo r2 when I used this command, which was not desired. I want to use the DBCV with spike model as it includes the no-no responses with positive WTP that can improve my results. However, I am a beginner to Stata and I have ran multiple codes that resulted to multiple errors. With that, I want to ask if anyone here knows the correct set of codes for this kind of analysis and how to properly format the data for the analysis? Thank you.
