Hello. The study, which included 30 men and 30 women, measured blood pressure and headache (yes/no) twice at 6-month intervals. I need to find out whether there are differences between men and women in the dynamics of these indicators. For example, after 6 months, women's blood pressure became lower and headaches became less frequent. As I understand it, it would not be entirely correct to compare blood pressure for men and women separately; it is necessary to compare them with each other in dynamics. Please tell me how can I do this?
