Entrophy balancing package error

Dear Madam/Sir,

I am using STATA IC 16.1 version and perform installation for entrophy balancing estimation according to information obtained online.

ssc install ebalfit, replace
checking ebalfit consistency and verifying not already installed...
all files already exist and are up to date.

ssc install moremata, replace
checking moremata consistency and verifying not already installed...
all files already exist and are up to date.

However, I have continuing error message as follows:

ebalance treat_dummy ln_at roa lev i.cyear i.sic2, tar(1)
command ebalance is unrecognized
r(199);

Any help will be highly appreciated.
