I am conducting a logistic regression model and have found a variable that is an effect modifier.
The variables are as follows:
Exposure - Abortion method (3 stratum- EMA (baseline), DE and VA)
Outcome - patient satisfaction (2 stratum)
Effect modifier - whether patients felt involved in their treatment (2 stratum - Agree (baseline), disagree)
Confounders - age, education status, ethnicity, religion, disability.
Is there a way that i can see if the association between abortion method and patient satisfaction is stronger amongst those who felt involved in their treatment vs those who didn't, when adjusting for all of my confounders?
I know I can do it using Mhodds, but this doesn't adjust for all my confounders.
What is the command to do this?
And what is the command to find the OR for abortion methods within the strata of feeling involved in treatment, when adjusting for all confounders?
Thanks!
