analytic gradient with cmmixlogit?

Hi everyone,

I was wondering whether it would be possible to specify an analytic gradient through the cm-mixlogit commands. Something along the lines of mlvecsum for ml model. I believe this feature would speed things considerably when compared to the default option that computes the numerical gradient.
