I was measuring MPI using this " mpi d1(varlist) [d2(varlist) ... w1(numlist) w2(numlist) ... t1(thresholds) t2(thresholds) ...] [if] [in] [weight], cutoff(#) by(varname)" but here i have two question?
1. If i should use it with individual file or household file?
2. Why there is no option for household members?
