- I am attempting to construct annual country panel data on rainfall anomalies from 1999-2014 using the attached data
- I am aware of the other posts similar to this on the forum and I have attempted to follow the steps outlined there to no avail
- Those posts are using a different data source
- Advice on how I can convert the available precipitation anomalies into annual country level data would be greatly appreciated
