dropmiss is from the Stata Journal but superseded by missings from the same place. (FAQ Advice #12: please spell out where community-contributed commands you refer to come from.)

Of more concern: what is the "above error"?

I typed the below command (I found this cmd here in statalist. It's been provided by you and I found it very useful) and Installed all packages of dropmiss namely dm0085_2, dm0085_1, dm0085, dm89_2, dm89_1:
search dropmiss

After installing the above packages, I deleted entirely missing rows:
dropmiss, obs force
