probleme running pedroni cointegration test

Dear community,
dear community;
I have a problem running the pederoni cointegration test for a panel of over 80 countries. I have two types of errors:

1) matrix not positive definite r(506);
2) sweep(): matrix has zero values on diagonal r(508);

although I transformed data into float format, I still have this problem.

is there anyone who could give me a hand?
