I have a problem to solve.
I have 3 regions in which the lethality rate from Covid-19 (number of deaths/number of hospitalized) was calculated day after day.
The graphical representation of the data is shown in the figure below.
The question I want to answer is whether the lethality is different overall and time dependingly different from one region to another.
As this is a time series (and not a sampling from an overlying population). I guess a regression model isn't appropriate in this case, so I'm wondering how to answer this question.
I've seen in the past that one way might be to calculate the Area Under the Curve of the three curves.
Where do I find this kind of command in STATA? I can't find an answer in the help.
