serial correlation problem

I had a problem of serial correlation with a prob= 0.0151 for a RE model
how can i fix the problem please?

welcome to this forum.
Just select the -robust- or -vce(cluster panelid)- option for your -xtreg,re- standard errors.
No need to repeat -xtserial- after that.
