  • Multistate Package

    Hello All,

I want to obtain the transition probabilities using a multistate survival model in STATA. I have used msaj command, and now to have parametric estimates, I am using the "predictms" command from the multistate package.
The first problem is that when I use the predictms command, the variables "_prob_at* " are obtained for only 20 cases (in total I have 2400 rows). Why is that? whereas, in the case of the "msaj", it calculated for all the observations (rows).

Secondly, I want to obtain multiple graphs using the "graphms" command in one single frame as I want to see the variation in transition probability for various terminal ages. But the command graphms doesn't support by or over etc.
Can anyone help me with this, please?

    Thanks
