Q about generating survey weight in combined NHANES cycle

Hello everyone. I have a question about creating/generating NHANES survey weight for the 2011-2012 and 2013-14 cycles. My instructor suggested that I use wtmec2yr for the 2011-2012 cycle and use wtsh2yr for the 2013-2014 cycle. I am not sure how to generate the variable in Stata. Any help will be greatly appreciated!!
