For elimination a specific group in a variable X on panel data

Dear All users,

I try to panel regression using panel data.
I need to capture effect here that,

Yit = a + b1Xit + b2 Xjt + et
( j is not eqaul to i. Then, Xjt is comprised of eliminated observations of group i )

How to deal with data processing or using Stata latex or additional option of Stata?

I hope to answer of my question by Stata professionals.
