ANOVA test, and margins after multiple regression

Hello guys,
I have a count data.
The independent variable is the number of children. I have two nominal variables and five categorical variables: age has five groups, education level has five groups, race has four groups, and Hispanic has two groups.
I am going to use Multiple regression, then margins commend.
Is it possible to use the ANOVA test?
What is the best way to interpret margins after multiple regression?

if your dependent variable is a count, you should consider -poisson- or -nbreg- regression.
