Using Stata 16.1.
When using the biasadj with continuous variables with nnmatch, should you include all of the matching variables in the bias adjustment or only the continuous variables? I have 4 continuous and 6 binary variables and am looking for any guidance. Guo and Fraser (2015) do not discuss this aspect and neither does the Stata's teffects documentation.
