Good morning, all. I have just been looking at Elizabeth Svensson's 2012 Statistics in Medicine article (info below), and now wonder if there are any Stata packages that can compute her augmented rank order agreement coefficient. My searches for one have been fruitless so far. Thanks for any pointers you might be able to offer.
