difference in proportions from same population over time

I am trying to compare % vaccinated in a city over multiple time points. I want to see if vaccination coverage statistically increase/decrease and if there is a trend. I have different population sizes at different times (migration etc.). Is this Chi2? What test should I be using? Thank you for your help.
